An off-dry Riesling with a silky smooth body that dances on the tongue as it finishes. Heavy peach and apricot aromas on the nose. Harvested 10/22/09 with 24.75 brix of sugar.
2007 "South Shore" Syrah

Our first Lake Chelan A.V.A.! A well balanced, full bodied Syrah. Soft Texture with a complex fruity flavor & mildly dry on the finish. Great with lamb or pork.

A crisp and clean med-dry (halbtrocken) Riesling with good acidity. Grapefruit notes on the forefront with citrus flavors lingering on the finish. Fermented with German style Steinberger yeast. 10-grams/ liter residual sugar. Harvested 11/12/08 with 21 Brix of sugar.
